Update: Those who wish me dead

Early January, it is rumored that Angelina Jolie will star in the upcoming thriller "Those Who Wish Me Dead" and will be directed by Taylor Sheridan.

The Hollywood Reporter reported the addition to the cast. Tyler Perry, Nicholas Hoult and Finn Little, who will star opposite Angelina based on the novel by Michael Koryta.

As THR reported, An early May start date in New Mexico is being planned with the shoot to go in the summer.

Sheridan’s chase thriller tells of a firefighter (Jolie) who rescues a 10-year-old boy, a witness to a murder, from two stone-cold killers (Hoult is playing one of the bad guys). Now the two find themselves on the run and fighting for survival, trapped between the men and a raging wildfire.

The script adapts the book by Michael Koryta. Steve Zaillian and Garrett Basch are producing.

So, I guess we'll be seeing Angie on set sooner than we thought! The roles that she is choosing to do is pretty interesting and reminding me the time she did "Girl, Interrupted" and "GIA". Complex and challenging roles.

This year is getting more exciting! Just a reminder that we will see her in Disney's Maleficent on October! No information yet for Disney's "The One and Only Ivan" which she helped produced and lend her voice and "Come Away", A prequel for Peter Pan and Alice In Wonderland.
